Marketing Operations

We're looking for a marketing generalist to run our social presence and grow with us. You'll own day-to-day posting across our channels, get hands-on with paid ads, and work with outside creators on video content, with real ownership from day one and a senior marketer to learn from. If you want to build broad marketing skills fast instead of being siloed into one narrow lane, this role is for you.

What you’ll do
  • Own organic posting and content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Support paid campaigns on Meta and Google, learning to run performance marketing hands-on
  • Coordinate and brief outside creators for UGC and TikTok video content
  • Create and manage content for events, launches, and campaigns
  • Keep our brand voice consistent and engaging across every channel
  • Work directly with marketing leadership, design, and operations across the whole company
What we’re looking for
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, or a new grad with demonstrated work — internships, personal projects, or accounts you've actually grown
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok as marketing channels, not just as a user
  • Interest in paid advertising — experience with Meta or Google Ads is a plus, willingness to learn is required
  • Strong writing instincts and an eye for what makes content professional but not boring
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple channels at once
  • Excited about a scrappy early-stage environment, small team, in person in Flatiron, lots of room to take ownership
